The winter (approx Dec ^15th - Apr ^30th) rate is $7500.00 weekly and $1150.00 nightly
All other dates (approx May ^1st – Dec ^14th) $5500 weekly and $825.00 nightly.

Guests pay $350 cleaning fee,additional cleaning services available-please inquire.
